What to bring:
- Student’s Immunization Records
- Parent or Guardian Identi cation
- Proof of Guardianship (if applicable)
- Proof of Residency:
- (current (45 days) and dated) Electric bill, gas bill, rental lease or mortgage statement
Registering now helps us to:
- Finalize teacher staffing
- Balance class sizes
- Plan transportation and food
