Book Club Game Night
The library hosted our first Book Club Game Night. All 2nd-5th grade book club participants were invited and we had 15 students who attended. We are planning our second event for the Spring! La biblioteca tuvo nuestro primero evento de Noche de Juegos.
Fall Festival / Festival de Otoño
Teachers/staff set up fun booths, such as tattoos, face painting, dance party and tape the principal to the wall. Parents sold food. All proceeds went to Andrews school and PTA.

Math Certificates were given to 3rd, 4th and 5th grade students who have excelled in Formative Loop Math Instruction, Ms.Konkel gave a presentation about Fordham University to the faculty and students at Andrews.
Students purchase from Gator Store for 1st 9 weeks
Students can earn 1 dollar for the following categories: wearing dress code, good citizenship, perfect attendance and teacher choice (4 dollars a week). Students also earn golden dollars if their parents attend principal's coffee, family events and volunteer at the school.

Extend-A-Care will be on campus for guardians to registers their children for after school care on Monday, August 19, from 4:00 to 6:00PM. Rate is $78.00 a month for August to October.
